Meet Pampalena C. Watson

Pampalena C. Watson was born on Christmas Day 1948 and passed on September 3. 2018, to spend eternity in heaven with God

She lovingly sacrificed to ensure that her only child Dr. Dawnée Watson-Bouie had every opportunity for a promising future

​

She was a humble, determined, and strong woman who faced and overcame many personal and professional struggles in her life, all while being a single parent

​

During her journey on this side of the heavens, she was an inspirational educator and role model to many people

 

She dedicated her life to impacting children through her work in public education

 

She served hundreds of 7th & 8th-grade students in the Philadelphia School District for over 40 years as a science teacher
